As business partner of the studio I had a dual role in its external and internal affairs.
Externally my focus was towards business development, account management and stakeholders relation management. I have been involved in direct sales, client presentations, and represented the company at events and galas.
My main internal tasks covered project management and corporate strategy. I handle project budgets and timelines as well as support the designers in their creative deliveries. Among other tasks I covered corporate accounting and reporting.
It has been my most challenging work experience.
Sept 2017 - Current
I managed the Club Board composed of four members with responsibilities over circa twenty club members.
The focus of my one year presidency has been to stabilise the club as well as attract new local members. After reaching the first goal during the first semester I shifted the focus towards the transition to the new board. Respecting the one year mandate rule I have facilitated the election of a new Club Board composed of six members.
It has been one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had.

In my short experience with the Cultural Institution I have focused on their yearly planning. I have supported the Director of the institution in researching goals and planning the steps for their execution.

In this very welcoming work experience I developed my accounting and reporting skills.
With a strong focus on hard skills I developed and strengthened my accounting knowledge. Among others I have work on Annual Returns, VAT and Tax Returns, Book Keeping and Payroll Management.
I will always be grateful to the AFCL Director for sharing her knowledge with me.

I have been used to team sweat and struggle since young age. When the call from an ex coach arrived I enjoyed and appreciated the shift towards coaching.
In my experiences as Assistant first and Head Coach after I have worked mainly on practice planning and team building. Many other soft skills followed these activities as e.g. facilitation, communication, motivation and mentoring.
It has been a pleasure and an honour for me to help the growth of many passionate players.

In my Confindustria experience I have explored the role of the business analyst.
The focus of the position was to research potential business opportunities for our partners as well as keeping them informed through weekly news reports. Research and reporting have been the skills I have mostly developed. Next to these I have assisted the office Director with speech writing.

Next to my main Analyst task in Confindustria I have been given the role of External Assistant for the company online TV.
Our team engaged in speech writing and professional video recording in a local broadcasting studio.
Among quality news broadcast we produced many bloopers.

Passionate about basketball as I am I engaged and wrote game analysis articles for a growing online community that counted and the time more than 30k Facebook followers.

As part of the Board of Directors I engaged in the yearly planning and management of the club. Myself and the board members represented the club in the regional and national conferences.
Next to the Board position I kept working on the growth of the External Relations Team achieving remarkable results as reestablishing sales after many years of inactivity.
A great piece of this success is share with the former President of the club that supported my work from day one.
June 2012 - May 2013
In my first professional volunteering experience I have worked with AIESEC Venice Team to restore and develop the External Relations Team.
My task was to contact potential clients (BTB) and sell our selection and recruiting services. In order to achieve the goal I focused first on rebuilding our reputation in the region developing marketing materials and client presentations.
